SpecPixel is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to drive business growth for our game development outsourcing services.Job OverviewWe need proactive sales professionals to connect with game studios and publishers globally. You will pitch our end-to-end development, art, and co-development services to help clients scale their production. This is a remote, results-driven role perfect for someone passionate about the business side of gaming.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and prospect game studios, indie developers, and publishers needing outsourcing.Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and discord to build a robust pipeline.Client Pitching: Present SpecPixel’s portfolio, capabilities, and service models to key decision-makers.Relationship Management: Nurture leads from initial contact through negotiation to contract signing.Market Feedback: Report on industry trends and client needs to help refine our service offerings.QualificationsIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of game development pipelines (art, programming, QA).Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, tech SaaS, or agency outsourcing.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English for pitching and negotiating.Self-Motivated: Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.Network: Existing connections within the global gaming industry are highly valued.
